How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all ground shipments. If you need your order faster, expedited and signature-required options are available during checkout.

Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, or APO addresses?

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, or APO addresses.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders are shipped the next business day.

What shipping method is used for free shipping?

We select the fastest available method, typically USPS Priority or FedEx, to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

What happens if I choose expedited shipping?

For expedited 2-day shipping, please note that the day the order is picked up does not count as a business day. Delivery will occur on the 3rd business day for 2-day service and on the 4th business day for 3-day expedited service, excluding Saturdays. Expedited shipping includes delivery confirmation fees.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Some orders may ship the same business day.

What is the expected delivery time for orders?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Typically, orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

Is a $4 signature confirmation required at checkout?

Signature confirmation is optional. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost packages if a signature is not purchased. Expedited UPS shipping already includes a signature on delivery.

Returns

We must be notified of any returns or exchanges, along with the reason, within 30 days of the order date. If there are any damages or defects, please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we are not notified promptly, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange the item.

Merchandise must be in its original factory condition and packaging, exactly as it was received. Please do not attempt to fix or glue any parts without our authorization, as DiecastDiscovery.com cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or are returned without the original packaging.

If your order is shipped to a U.S. address and then forwarded internationally by a third-party carrier, DiecastDiscovery.com cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during international transit.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless DiecastDiscovery.com shipped an incorrect item. In the event of an error, please contact us to obtain a return label or request merchandise pickup. Once the incorrect item is returned, we will ship the correct item or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable. We must be notified of incorrect shipments within one week of delivery.

Unclaimed, Undeliverable, and Refused Deliveries:
Returns due to unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused deliveries will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Before returning any item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to discuss the reason for the return. We are here to assist with any issues and ensure a smooth return process.
