β³ Return & Exchange Window
You must contact us within 30 days from the date your order was placed to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.
β Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:
- π§Ό Unused and in original factory condition
- π¦ Returned in original manufacturer packaging
- π§© Packed exactly as received
- π Requested within 30 days
Important: Items that are glued, repaired, altered, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
πΈ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a return label or arrange a pickup π. Once returned, we will ship the correct item or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Incorrect item claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
π³ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error (such as sending the wrong item).
π¦ Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages may be canceled. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

We currently ship within the 48 Continental United States only πΊπΈ.
- No international shipping
- No PO Boxes
- No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO
If you use a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for damage after delivery to that forwarding service.
π How to Start a Return
Please contact us with the following:
- Order number
- Name on order
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
We will respond with next steps once your request is reviewed.

Products ship in original manufacturer packaging. Packaging design may vary. Product photos may show both the item and packaging for reference. Each purchase includes one item unless stated otherwise.
